Dalle anticipazioni disponibili \u00e8 possibile ricavare che la versione revisionata permetter\u00e0 un pi\u00f9 forte aggancio con i <strong>Modelli Organizzativi previsti dal d.lgs. 231\/01<\/strong>, mediante l&rsquo;indicazione di una serie di nuovi requisiti per la <strong>valutazione del rischio ambientale<\/strong> e per una migliore integrazione della gestione ambientale nei processi dell&rsquo;organizzazione dell&rsquo;ente.
