ENTRER\u00c0 IN VIGORE IL 15 DICEMBRE<\/strong><br \/>\n\tIn&nbsp; G.U. del 16 ottobre, serie generale n. 241, \u00e8 stato pubblicato il Nuovo Codice deontologico forense, approvato dal Consiglio Nazionale forense in attuazione della Nuova disciplina dell&rsquo;ordinamento professionale (legge n. 247\/2012) e che entrer\u00e0 in vigore il 15 dicembre 2014. Nel nuovo Codice deontologico viene rafforzato, con il presidio disciplinare, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.consiglionazionaleforense.it\/site\/home\/area-avvocati\/codice-deontologico-forense\/articolo8605.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">l<\/a>l&rsquo;interesse pubblico alla correttezza dei comportamenti degli avvocati come attuatori del diritto costituzionale di difesa.
